Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days of the order being placed
Delivery is via second class royal mail
On the very rare occurrence that the product is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated delivery time, you can decide to wait for delivery or be refunded in full.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 10 working days of receipt for a full refund. We do not cover the postage costs back to us.
We recommend you send all returns to the corresponding address via a recorded service as we can not be held responsible for any items that go missing in return post.
Every product we supply comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defaults. If you believe you have a warranty claim please return your item(s) with prove of purchase to the corresponding address to be assessed. Any item(s) sent with out prove of purchase will be returned to the sender.
We recommend you send all warranty claims to the corresponding address via a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing.
The 12 month warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or miss use.
